File conversion that never leaves your device
Morphio converts images, audio, video, documents and archives inside your browser. When you drop a file, it is decoded and re-encoded on your own computer using WebAssembly engines — nothing is uploaded, queued on a server, or stored in the cloud. That means there is no waiting for an upload, no file-size ceiling imposed by a server, and no copy of your data left behind after you close the tab.
Formats and quality
1,300+ tools are supported, from everyday pairs like PNG to JPG, HEIC to JPG and MP4 to MP3 to less common ones such as WEBM to GIF, MKV to MP4 or EPUB to PDF. Image conversions keep the original resolution unless you choose to compress, audio extraction preserves the source bitrate where the target format allows it, and video jobs use the same FFmpeg build that desktop tools rely on.
Privacy by design
Because the work happens locally, Morphio needs no account for the converter, sets no tracking cookies for conversion, and keeps no server-side history of what you convert. Sending a finished file to another device uses a direct peer-to-peer connection between the two browsers, so the file bytes never pass through our infrastructure.
